An extra-long knife made especially for BBQ’s and Brazilian styled screwed meats. Hand honed stainless steel knife blade is a full tang with a convex edge blade with spire tip. Made with perfect balance for use by either the right- or left-handed user. Blade measures 7.8” (20cm), with a 3/4” solid brass bolster, therefore making the knives blade portion a total measurement of 8.25”. The blade width in total is approximately 1.5” at bolster. The handle measures 4.75” with inlaid regional hardwoods, genuine deer antler, solid brass spacers and brass butt. the total length of the knife is 33cm -12.9”
