Return Policies

We are proud to offer outstanding hand-crafted merchandise from Argentina! Each piece will be handmade and unique, it will not be a carbon copy of another piece or an exact duplicate. This is the beauty of hand crafting, one piece at a time.

Prior to shipping an order, each piece is inspected very carefully. If there is a flaw of any kind, we will contact you directly to discuss, prior to filling your order. We can assist you in several ways if we discover an issue or an items inventory has just been depleted. We may offer you a similar product to alternatively fill your order. We will only substitute if you have given use approval to do so first! Therefore, you can expect your purchase to arrive in pristine condition! We can also offer to re-order the item for you or we may offer you a discount on the item.

We are certain you will be thrilled with your purchase! However, if you encounter a problem with your order, please follow these directions to contact us directly.

Pieces of Argentina is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, other than reasons stated below, you can return your item for an exchange, credit or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase.

Each customer will be given our prompt and personalized attention regarding the issue at hand.

The following terms are the conditions of the service we offer. Please read and understand these conditions prior to placing your order.

  • Sale prices, reduced price and ‘finial merchandise clearance’ items are not returnable.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item purchased. (we will extend this deadline if the item is purchased as a gift and additional time is requested at the time of the purchase)

  • Any item approved to be returned to Pieces Of Argentina must be shipped back within 14 days of the receipt of your package.

  • Customer service must be contacted prior to returning an item, to receive a return authorization. This can be easily done by email, telephone, text message or social media - WhatsApp or Telegram.

  • Used or altered merchandise cannot be returned nor refunded. (all purchases are inspected prior to shipping as well as, in the case of a return, re-inspected)

  • In the case of a sizing issue, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. (if we are out of stock on an alternat size, we can order the desired size, suggest an alternative model or issue a refund. Refunding shipping charges are determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • If in the case of an international order, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We require international returns to be insured with tracking. Pieces Of Argentina is not responsible for lost or damaged in shipping a return. Therefore, your return must be insured to cover loss or damage.

  • Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis and are issued by way of refund to your payment method or a store credit. (we reserve the right to make this judgement on an individual basis) We do not automatically give refunds or store credit.

  • Return postage is also determined on an individual basis. Do not assume your postage will be refunded, if your purchase is approved for return. Do not assume a ‘free return shipping label’ will be automatically issued for a return.

We inspect all returned items. The product must be unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

To return a product, please notify Pieces Of Argentina of your return on your “Order Confirmation” email. In the body of the email, please specify which product you want to exchange or return and the reason. If you can, please attach a photo. When the order arrives in our office, we will generate a digital purchase order for the amount you paid so that you can make a new purchase. The purchase order can only be used to make another online purchase. You have 3 months to use it.The following conditions apply:

* Items purchased with Free Shipping may have those shipping fees deducted from their total refund amount. (individually determined)

** Sale merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise or for a store credit for future purchases. REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN FOR OUR 'CLOSE OUT' - SPECIAL PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE. (this applies only to merchandise found on our 'close out sale' page or reduced items)

*** Used or altered merchandise can not be returned or refunded.

Shipping Policies 
Shipping a return to Pieces of Argentina may be at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. Upon a return request, we will determine if your purchase shipping will be reimbursed. * Insurance on returned merchandise is always advised. We do not take responsibility for 'lost' merchandise during shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES - We have estimated the shipping cost of International Priority Mail Service (with tracking) for a flat rate of $49.95 /USD, Federal Express or UPS (United Parcel Service). Depending on which country you are requesting your purchase to be shipped and the size and weight of the products purchased, our estimated shipping calculations may need to be adjusted. In the instance your shipping is less than our estimated charge, we will refund you the difference in usd for any over-charge. Please understand there are many variables in determining the exact international delivery. If your parcel can be shipped for less, we will email you to offer you the options that are available.

As experience has shown us in shipping merchandise around the world, some international couriers have proven to be more dependable than others. Therefore, we will communicate with you by email, once you have made your purchase, the best option available to get your purchase delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Please be aware, most countries around the world charge taxes or import duties. If your country charges fees, taxes or duties, you, the purchaser, are reasonable to remit any payment your country imposes. It is NOT included in the cost of your international shipping charge. If you do not know what your countries tax rates and laws state regarding importing merchandise, please review those guidelines prior to making a purchase from us.
